The concept of Maru Sankaku shikaku (□△○) is “a restaurant that you would want to travel to eat at.
We offer “wellness cuisine” that can only be enjoyed in the natural environment of the forest village.

Natural ingredients from the Alps
“Natural ingredients from the Alps” include gibier, wild vegetables and mushrooms from the forests of Nagano, Gifu and other areas of the Japanese Alps, river fish raised in the natural waters of the Alps, vegetables and fruits produced without agricultural chemicals, and local chickens, cows and pigs raised in an environment close to nature.

Thoughts to the local revitalization
Our project has started with the thought, “We hope that this beautiful countryside will still remain the same after 100 years.
We want to somehow preserve this town, which has the smallest population of any town in Nagano prefecture and is said to be “an extinct city,” even 100 years from now.
We created the hotel “Zenagi” and the restaurant “□△○” for this purpose.
A long-distance baton relay for the next 100 years.
